Visit the official Payoneer website at www.payoneer.com/main.
Click on the signup icon you find next to the login item and you will be taken through an application process of four steps.
On the first step, enter your personal details including your name and your email address.
Enter your contact details and then your security details on the second and third step respectively.
On the last step, enter your billing address and complete the setup. The billing address is the address where you want your Payoneer card to be sent to you.

Now that you have a Payoneer account, you can easily apply for a Payoneer card. However, you can also order your Payoneer card while creating your Payoneer account but if you did not order yours or you want to order for another currency in your account, you can do that by;
Login your Payoneer account.
Click on the settings tab and then card management.
Click on order a card ad enter your billing address.

To activate your Payoneer card so that you can start using it immediately, login your Payoneer account. Click on the settings tab, and then on card management. Locate the card you wish to activate and click on activate. Follow the instructions given to you afterwards and that is it. You would have successfully activated you Payoneer card.
